چکیده
Magnetohydrodynamics simulation of active region NOAA 11515 is performed to examine the initiation M5.6 flaring event that starts around 10:43 UT on 2012 July 2. The conducted using an extrapolated non-force-free magnetic field generated from photospheric vector magnetogram as initial field. shows presence a three-dimensional (3D) null with corresponding dome overlying filament and low-lying flux rope, observed in 304~\AA~ 131~\AA~ respectively. simulated dynamics, triggered by Lorentz force, lead bifurcations which similar bifurcation 131 \AA~ brightenings. Additionally, rope exhibits rise reconnects at 3D null. These reconnections convert lines into anchored outer spine -- explaining occurrence nearby confined C-class flare. Further, results show reach vicinity become non-parallel filament. This initiates between activating for eruption. interesting interaction seems contribute onset M-class

Rapid mixing of Newtonian and non-Newtonian fluids in a three-dimensional micro-mixer using non-uniform magnetic field
The mixing of Newtonian and non-Newtonian fluids in a magnetic micro-mixer was studied numerically using ferrofluid. The mixing process was performed in a three-dimensional steady-state micro-mixer. A magnetic source was mounted at the entrance of the micro-channel to oscillate the magnetic particles. The effects of electric current, inlet velocity, size of magnetic particles, and non-Newtonia...
متن کاملA self-consistent nonlinear force-free solution for a solar active region magnetic field
Nonlinear force-free solutions for the magnetic field in the solar corona constructed using photospheric vector magnetic field boundary data suffer from a basic problem: the observed boundary data are inconsistent with the nonlinear force-free model. Specifically, there are two possible choices of boundary conditions on vertical current provided by the data, and the two choices lead to differen...
متن کاملMagnetic field evolution in magnetar crusts through three-dimensional simulations.
Current models of magnetars require extremely strong magnetic fields to explain their observed quiescent and bursting emission, implying that the field strength within the star's outer crust is orders of magnitude larger than the dipole component inferred from spin-down measurements. This presents a serious challenge to theories of magnetic field generation in a proto-neutron star. Here, we pre...
